Flange bolts. According to the thread classification of Metric standard and ASME standard, according to the head shape it has flat head and concave head.  Flat bottom and serrated bottom can be assigned according to the appearance of the bottom of the head.  The common grade is 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9, and the American grade is Grade 5 and Grade 8.  Materials are 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 35K, 45# steel, 10B21, 40Cr, 35CrMo, etc.  And we also provide customized service, the head side and flange diameter and head mark can be customized, the minimum order weight is 1000 kg or equivalent quantity.

Flange bolt is composed of hexagonal head and flange plate, its “support area to stress area word ratio” is greater than the ordinary bolt, so this bolt can bear higher preload, anti-loose performance is also better, so it is widely used in automobile engines, heavy machinery and other products.
