On August 31, 2025, the atmosphere at Hongji Factory was warm and lively as all employees of Hongji Company gathered together to hold a year-end summary meeting for the January-August period. The meeting was rich in content, covering important sessions such as the introduction to the January-August accounting statements, the setting of new goals, and a brainstorming session themed “Maximizing sales and serving customers better”.

At the meeting, relevant persons in charge first gave a comprehensive summary of the company’s operations from January to August and introduced the accounting statements in detail. These statements clearly presented data such as various revenues and expenditures, sales performance, and cost control over the eight months, enabling all employees to gain an intuitive and in-depth understanding of the company’s operating status. Through the analysis of the accounting statements, everyone clarified the achievements and shortcomings in past work, providing a solid basis for the conduct of subsequent work.

Building on the review of past performance, the manager of Hongji, integrating market development trends with the company’s actual situation, put forward new development goals. These new goals not only set higher requirements for sales performance but also emphasized the need to be customer-centric, continuously improve service quality, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Subsequently, the meeting moved into the “brainstorming session on maximizing sales” segment. A lively and enthusiastic discussion unfolded around this core topic, with everyone speaking up actively and sharing their views freely. From a product perspective, Xiao Meng suggested optimizing product performance and appearance based on customer feedback. Xiao Luo focused on service processes, proposing measures such as simplifying the customer purchasing process and improving the speed of after-sales responses. Targeting marketing promotion, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Liu shared innovative marketing ideas and methods for channel expansion. An intense exchange of ideas took place on site, and many valuable suggestions and thoughts were recorded one by one.

The convening of this meeting not only enabled all employees of Hongji Company to gain a clear understanding of their work over the past eight months, clarified the future development direction, but also stimulated everyone’s work enthusiasm and innovative thinking. It is believed that with the joint efforts of all employees, Hongji Company will surely move steadily toward new goals, achieve sustained breakthroughs in sales performance and comprehensive improvement in service quality, build a global service network, and bring better experiences to customers at home and abroad.

Meanwhile, frontline workers arrived at their posts early and started the loading work for 15 containers. These containers, bound for Iran, Vietnam, and Russia, were filled with various fastener products (bolt, nut, screw, anchor, rivet, washer.). All products loaded this time have undergone strict quality inspections and meet the standards and requirements of the respective countries. Products shipped to Iran are mainly used in local construction projects; those to Vietnam will be applied in the mechanical manufacturing industry; and those to Russia are primarily for energy project construction. At 5 p.m., with the last container door closed, the loading work for 15 containers was successfully completed. These containers, loaded with the factory’s high-quality products, will be shipped to their destinations via sea freight. They not only embody the factory’s product quality but also serve as a testament to the friendly cooperation between the factory and customers from various countries, laying a solid foundation for the factory to further expand its overseas markets.
