To comprehensively review the work achievements of April, accurately plan the next phase of work direction, deepen the management team’s understanding of the production line, and strengthen production-sales collaboration, Hongji Group organized all senior management personnel to hold the April performance analysis meeting at the factory on May 7, 2026, followed by a full-process tour of fastener production. In the morning, the April performance analysis meeting kicked off in a serious, earnest and down-to-earth atmosphere. At the start of the meeting, relevant persons in charge comprehensively reported the overall performance data of April, conducting an in-depth review from multiple dimensions including sales target completion, market expansion, cost control, and profit achievement, to intuitively present the monthly work results. During the visit, the management team had full exchanges with front-line technical personnel and production leaders, conducting in-depth discussions on topics such as product process optimization, production efficiency improvement, quality control enhancement, and smoother production-sales connection. Combined with market demand and front-end sales experience, they put forward many practical suggestions for optimizing the production links.
