Cultivate Cultural Roots, Consolidate Service Foundations — Hongji Company Launches Special Training on Standardized Corporate Culture for All Staff

To align all employees’ mindset, standardize work protocols, dig deep into the core of corporate culture, and translate cultural philosophies into practical capabilities and service dedication, Hongji Company organized special training on standardized corporate culture for all staff from August 11 to 12. The training ensured full participation and all-round improvement, facilitating tangible progress in corporate culture development.

Throughout the training, production and shipment operations proceeded uninterrupted. The factory maintained efficient operation and normal container loading. Batches of goods, covering a full range of hardware products including bolts, nuts, screws, anchors, rivets and washers, were successfully shipped to Russia. This fully demonstrates the company’s outstanding execution capacity to achieve effective overall planning and advance two key undertakings in parallel.

The training centered on two core themes: standardized work specifications and the implementation of corporate culture, with lectures delivered in reference to the distinctive cultural system of Pangdonglai. Moving beyond empty theoretical discourse, the curriculum was rooted in daily work scenarios including on-the-job practices, service details and teamwork. It systematically broke down workflows, service norms and the core of human-oriented service.

Drawing on real-life cases, the training elaborated on the core principle that "Standards form the foundation, and culture serves as the soul". It enabled employees to clearly recognize that standardized operations act as a vital vehicle for practicing corporate culture and delivering thoughtful service, precisely catering to employees’ demands for competency improvement.

During the training, all employees were fully engaged, studied earnestly and took detailed notes. We commented that the training was content-rich and highly practical.
