1. Anti-loosening & Anti-vibration, Stable Preload Force
This is one of the most common applications of wave washers. Under long-term vibration conditions such as motors, engines, pumps and auto parts, the elasticity of the wave washer can counteract the loosening tendency of bolts/nuts, maintain stable preload force for the connection, and avoid abnormal noise or parts falling off from equipment.
2. Gap Compensation & Elimination of Axial Play
When there is axial clearance between components like bearings and gears, or thermal expansion/contraction caused by temperature changes, the wave washer acts as an elastic compensation element to eliminate gaps, reduce component shaking and wear, and extend equipment service life. It is commonly used in bearing housings, motor shaft ends, precision instruments, etc.
3. Vibration & Noise Reduction, Shock Absorption
The wave-shaped structure absorbs impact and vibration energy, reducing noise and vibration transmission during mechanical operation. It is widely used in home appliances (such as washing machines, air conditioner compressors), power tools, precision electronic equipment and other scenarios.
4. Pressure Control & Uniform Force Distribution
