PTFE Teflon coated ASTM A193 B8 & B8M full thread studs are specially manufactured for high-pressure pipe flange connection. Grade B8 corresponds to 304 stainless steel, B8M adopts 316 stainless steel base material, covered with uniform PTFE anti-stick coating.
This stud rod perfectly matches ASTM A194 Gr.8 / 8M hex nuts, widely used in petrochemical, oil & gas, power station and corrosive pipeline projects. The PTFE layer effectively solves thread galling, rust and corrosion problems under harsh working conditions.
